CleaningJohn Barclay Estate and Management is pleased to announce our new division providing residential property cleaning services. Our cleaning staff are fully vetted, trained and supervised by us. Our services include:
- Regular Cleaning: Designed around your requirements and at times and intervals convenient to you.
- Spring Cleaning and one–off cleans: A One-Off or Periodic Spring Cleans, a simple freshen-up or a sanitizing deep clean, upholstery cleaning or an oven clean all tailored to suit your needs.
- Moving in/Moving out cleans: Prepare your property for the market, or for new owners. Add upholstery and/or oven cleaning at a much reduced cost.
- Communal Area Cleaning: Regular cleaning for large or small communal areas, stairs, corridors, kitchens, television rooms etc.
Our regular hourly rates is £9.50, but for a limited period only, enter into a contract for at least three hours per week for a minimum period of three months, and enjoy the reduced rate of £8.50 per hour. Entering a contract for at least three hours per week for a period of at least six months you can enjoy a further reduced rate of £8.00 per hour.
